Your photos and files are processed in your browser on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. The website only handles account and subscription data.
What we store
Business name, contact name, WhatsApp number, email, city, subscription status and end date, and the names of your signed-in devices and last sign-in.
What we never store
Patient or client photos, cases, designs, identities and face prints. They all stay in your browser on your device.
Why we use your data
To activate your account, check your subscription and contact you about the service. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Subscription checks
The tool contacts the website from time to time to check your subscription, and works offline for up to 7 days between checks.
AI features
Some optional features send text, or a teeth-only image, to an AI service when you ask, and never a full face photo.
Patient consent links
When a clinic sends a patient a consent link, the patient's name, choice and signature are kept on our servers only until the tool collects them, then deleted at once, or after 30 days at most if never collected. No photo is uploaded in this step.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time on WhatsApp or by email.
